Consultation/Design

Southern Nights, Inc. offers Landscape Lighting Design and Consultation services that are unsurpassed in the Southeast. Our experienced design staff will provide to you or your client a comprehensive landscape, security, architectural or site lighting design in an AutoCAD format with fixture specifications as well as installation details. Should you desire a turn-key installation, our contract service department will provide this as well.

Southern Nights, Inc. can also provide consultation on upgrades and/or redesign for existing lighting systems. We also offer service maintenance agreements on new or existing lighting installations. Our experienced staff includes a Certified Lighting Management Consultant that is accredited through the International Association of Lighting Management Companies. We are also staffed with U.S. EPA Surveyor Allies.

As a stocking distributor for a variety of outdoor lighting manufacturers, Southern Nights, Inc. can also supply lighting fixtures for any outdoor application. This strength also is a mechanism for familiarity with many similar fixture lines, allowing us to select the right lighting source for the right application.

Our design and consultation services include:

• Commercial design - parking, retail, wholesale, multi-tenant facilities and shopping center design and installation.
• Developer - design and specification services for resorts, neighborhood entrances, tennis and sporting facilities.
• Commercial by industry - supplemental security design for financial, retail, industrial and commercial properties.
• Energy/Operating cost reduction - Evaluation of current lighting systems with the emphasis on improving the facility environment while reducing the operating (utility) expenses.
• Retrofit design applications - electronic lamp/ballast installation, HID retrofit, removal/replacement services.
